Job Description
We are looking for a business-oriented professional who will manage, monitor, and regulate the overall company budget plan and cash flow. The successful candidate will ensure that the business remains on track to meet financial goals and deliver on the organization’s objectives.
Duties
- Liaise with HODs to gather data on long-term budgets and plans
- Analyze and debate with HODs on the submitted data
- Prepare rolling budgets
- Prepare and compare actual versus budgets for proper reporting
- Control budgets operationally on a daily basis
- Handle budgeting and forecasting
- Track budget expenses
- Manage financial systems and controls
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage cash flow
- Review budget requests for approval
- Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe acts, conditions, or procedures in the workplace, participating in fire or emergency drills, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary, and adhering to Company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in budget planning and control
- Excellent reporting and Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills
Competencies
- Very advanced in reporting and Excel
- Very advanced analytical skills
- Very strong and charismatic personality
- Extensive experience in budget preparation and control
