Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as a Senior Associate, People Business Partner (Maternity Leave Cover). In this role, you will be responsible for providing HR support and guidance to our employees during the absence of our regular People Business Partner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related issues.
- Providing guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management and disciplinary actions.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with managers to identify training and development needs and facilitating training sessions.
- Supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience as a HR Business Partner or similar role is highly desirable.
