Job Description
We are currently looking for a Senior Associate in Acquiring and Switching to join our team. As a Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing our acquiring and switching systems and processes. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the operation of our acquiring and switching systems to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processing
- Monitoring and analyzing transaction data to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and resolve issues
- Providing technical support and training to internal stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
