Job Description

New Iceland Beach seeks a disciplined, alert Security Guard to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property. This full-time role requires regular patrols of the beach, entrances, and facilities, as well as crowd management and incident response.

• Conduct patrols; prevent unauthorized access; protect property and guests.
• Manage crowds, respond to incidents and emergencies, and maintain accurate security logs.
• Coordinate closely with management and follow established procedures.
• Requirements: SSCE (or equivalent) minimum; security experience preferred; physically fit, attentive, excellent communicator, calm under pressure, and of high integrity.
• Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
