Job Description
BI Communications is a leading and reputable company in Media Communications and Marketing, specializing in media/security, documentaries, general news, and film productions for mainstream.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Secretary to the MD. This is a full-time position based in Lagos.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive visitors
- Handle correspondence
- Write and reply to letters/mails
- Produce meeting agendas
- Create PowerPoint presentations
- Take minutes of meetings
- Maintain the office of the MD
- Arrange appointments
- Organize meetings
- Book and manage MD’s travel
Requirements:
- Must possess an HND qualification with 5-8 years of relevant work experience
Salary: N100,00 – N150,00 Monthly
