Job Description

The Advancement Place is currently in search of a skilled and organized Secretary to oversee administrative and clerical functions. This full-time role is based in Quarry, Abeokuta, Ogun State, offering a competitive salary ranging from NGN 75,00 to 150,00.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone calls and correspondence effectively.
  • Schedule appointments and manage events.
  • Maintain office records and databases accurately.
  • Prepare reports and official documentation.
  • Welcome and assist visitors with professionalism.

Requirements:

  • OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience as a secretary.
