Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated individual to fill the role of Secretary at Bradfield Consulting. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Assist in coordinating office activities and events.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Greet visitors and ensure positive office atmosphere.
  • Perform general administrative tasks when needed.

Requirements:

  • BSc/Hnd in secretarial studies or equivalent.
  • 2 years of proven experience as a secretary or admin assistant.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and procedures.
  • Positive attitude and team collaboration.

  • Lagos: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.

Experience:
