Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated individual to fill the role of Secretary at Bradfield Consulting. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and ensuring efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Assist in coordinating office activities and events.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Greet visitors and ensure positive office atmosphere.
- Perform general administrative tasks when needed.
Requirements:
- BSc/Hnd in secretarial studies or equivalent.
- 2 years of proven experience as a secretary or admin assistant.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures.
- Positive attitude and team collaboration.
