Job Description
Job Summary: We are hiring an experienced Sealing Operator for Cashew production and export. Responsible for operating and maintaining sealing equipment to ensure efficient packaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor sealing machinery.
- Perform routine maintenance.
- Conduct quality checks on sealed products.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Collaborate with the production team.
- Follow safety protocols.
Requirements/Skills:
- Degree in Management or relevant field.
- 3-7 years experience in Food/Manufacturing plants.
- Experience in Cashew processing industries is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Detail-oriented with focus on quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
