Job Description
A Scrum Master plays a crucial role in Agile software development, ensuring the Scrum methodology is followed effectively.
Responsibilities include facilitating Scrum events, coaching team members on Agile practices, and removing impediments to project progress.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills, a deep understanding of Scrum principles, and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
Prior experience as a Scrum Master and certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are often preferred.
