Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile processes and help our development teams deliver high-quality products efficiently. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and promote collaboration within the team, coaching on Agile best practices.
Skills Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Scrum/Agile frameworks
- Experience with Scrum ceremonies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Certification (CSM or PSM) is a plus
This is a 6-month contract position with a salary range of ₦450,00.00 – ₦900,00.00 monthly. Expected start date: 01/11/2024.
