Job Description
A school at Ajao Estate, Isolo Lagos, requires the services of a competent school Administrative manager/ facility manager. Candidate must reside within the stated location.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall maintenance and functionality of school facilities.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for buildings and equipment.
- Coordinate repairs and renovations, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
- Monitor and manage facility budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Implement safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
Address and resolve administrative and facility-related issues promptly. Make informed decisions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement innovative solutions to improve processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative and facility management roles within an educational setting.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
