Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP CoE – SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join our team. As a consultant, you will be responsible for providing expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting the SuccessFactors Employee Central module within the SAP platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes and requirements
  • Design and configure SuccessFactors Employee Central to meet client needs
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Employee Central module
  • Ensure successful integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems
  • Stay up to date with the latest SAP and SuccessFactors developments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Strong knowledge of SAP HCM and integration with SuccessFactors modules
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
