Job Description
Assorted LTD is seeking a full-time Salon Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional client service.
- Operations: manage opening/closing, maintain cleanliness, and ensure equipment readiness.
- Staff Management: supervise barbers and cleaner, set schedules and breaks, resolve conflicts, and conduct monthly reviews and training.
- Financial & POS: enter services, reconcile cash and digital payments, record expenses, and submit daily and weekly reports.
- Customer Service: greet clients promptly, handle complaints professionally, and maintain a high-quality experience.
- Inventory & Reporting: monitor consumables, secure high-value equipment, perform weekly stock checks, prepare monthly inventory reports, and deliver daily sales and weekly performance summaries.
