Job Description

An established salon in Lekki, Lagos is seeking a professional Salon Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure profitability, and uphold exceptional customer service standards.

  • Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, inventory, appointments, cash records, and resource availability.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff; manage client relations and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Develop and execute promotions, loyalty programs, and social media marketing; prepare operational and financial reports.
  • Requirements: OND/HND/Bachelor’s in Business, Hospitality, Cosmetology, or related field; 3–5 years in a salon/spa with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Full-time role; flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak hours. Salary: ₦200,00/month.
