Job Description
Duties
– Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services
– Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers
– Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
– Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
– Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
Experience
– Previous experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment
– Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
– Proven ability to sell products or services and meet sales targets
– Bilingual skills (if applicable) to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
– Knowledge of technical sales (if applicable) to assist customers with complex products or services
– Experience in wireless sales (if applicable) is a plus
