Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Team Lead. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, providing training and guidance, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds their goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
