Smollan is seeking a Sales Supervisor for YEBO FRESH to support the Regional Manager in implementing sales strategies, coaching Sales and Kiosk Representatives, monitoring and analyzing sales performance, and managing client–customer relationships to drive growth. The role includes overseeing team KPIs, recruiting and onboarding staff, delivering performance evaluations, and ensuring direct reports meet quality and target standards.

• Minimum: Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or NQF Level 6; 1–3 years proven sales leadership with target achievement.
• Required skills: CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, strong verbal and written communication, sales orientation, influencing and planning abilities, and attention to detail.
