Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Sales Supervisor to strengthen our brand presence in the Enugu region. This role will involve effective brand implementation, cultivating relationships with local retailers and distributors, and ensuring the availability of Lush Hair products throughout the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and salon partners.
- Enhance product visibility through targeted promotions and retail activations.
- Oversee field representatives to implement marketing strategies effectively.
- Monitor market trends, gather consumer feedback, and analyze competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales or retail supervision, ideally within FMCG or beauty sectors.
