Location: Kano (Offline/Field Sales)
Salary: ₦100K – ₦120K (base pay) + allowances + bonuses (Top performers can earn up to ₦400K/month).
Responsibilities:
– Motivate and lead a dynamic team of field sales agents.
– Train agents to effectively communicate the benefits of Jiji.
– Monitor performance metrics and report on sales outcomes.
– Foster relationships with local businesses.
Requirements:
– Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or team supervision.
– Strong understanding of the Kano market.
