Job Description
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
- Must be excellent with sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for promoting/selling company products and services using solid arguments from existing and prospective customers.
- Monitor and ensure payments for products (invoices) supplied.
- Manage and recruit new customer(s) in assigned territory.
- Initiate orders and suggest marketing activities that will help sell the product.
- Engage the market by ensuring continuous market presence and visibility of the company’s products and services.
Requirements:
- 2-year minimum experience in sales.
- Understand the sales process and dynamics.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
