Responsibilities:
- Speak with customers and make sales
- Follow up with customers for reorders
- Listen to customers’ requirements and make presentations appropriately to secure a sale
- Ensure customers’ acceptance of price is recorded properly
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
- Follow up with customers on payments and ensure prompt payments
- Provide matching product samples to customers and follow up on sample given
