Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales/Operations Officer to join our team. As a Sales/Operations Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring smooth operational processes.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Coordinating with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into customers
- Managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Analyzing market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities
- Ensuring efficient and effective operational processes and workflows
- Overseeing inventory management and logistics activities
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and operations, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong ability to multitask and work under pressure. A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
