Job Description
Philban Consulting Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel operations while maintaining high standards of service and quality. The role involves managing various departments, monitoring inventory, developing effective sales strategies, and fostering relationships with clients.
Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field and possess 3-5 years of experience in hotel operations and sales, preferably in a management capacity. Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills are essential for success in this position.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from ₦200,00.00 to ₦300,00.00 per month, with working hours from Monday to Friday.
