Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Officer/Supervisor to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Officer/Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales process, managing the sales team, and achieving sales targets.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth
- Managing a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support
- Monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Negotiating and closing sales deals
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets are essential for success in this role.
