Job Description
Market Research and Prospecting:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through methods such as cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable products/services.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers about product specifications, pricing, and terms.
Sales Execution:
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management regularly.
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- 5 – 7 years experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
