Job Description

We are looking for a professional Sales Manager with experience in the Real Estate Industry to drive revenue growth for our company. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales objectives.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, manage key accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related course.
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience as a Sales Manager preferably in Real Estate or related field.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong teamwork, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information, work independently, and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦200,00.00 – ₦250,00.00 per month

Experience: Sales Manager – 3 years (Preferred)
