Job Description

We seek a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop strategy, and drive revenue growth. The manager will cultivate client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure sales targets are met.

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team; set and monitor targets
• Prepare forecasts and reports; manage key accounts and CRM processes
• Analyze performance and optimize sales operations

Requirements: Minimum 3 years of sales management experience, proven leadership, excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical mindset, and proficiency with CRM tools. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
