Job Description
Qualis Business Support Services Ltd is on the lookout for a motivated Sales Manager with a Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management or Business Administration. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience in the Real Estate industry, with a focus on marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive property sales by engaging with both existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential clients via calls and emails.
- Implement innovative sales strategies through social media platforms.
- Manage property listings across various marketing channels.
- Develop effective market strategies to achieve sales goals.
Candidates must reside within the Lekki or Ajah areas.
