Job Description
Meralhi International PLC is actively seeking a driven Sales Manager ready to relocate to Lagos, Nigeria. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in the paper and paperboard industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan focused on sales, revenue management, and cost control.
- Establish and achieve sales targets for both individuals and teams.
- Monitor and enhance the performance of the sales team while collaborating with marketing to drive lead generation.
- Provide ongoing training and motivation to enhance the effectiveness of the sales staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated success in sales strategy development and team management.
