Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, and developing strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and maximize sales opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Provide training and guidance to the sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
