Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate, results-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of travel trends, products, and pricing.
Key responsibilities include motivating the sales team to exceed targets, developing sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, and conducting market research. The successful candidate will also recruit and train a high-performing team.
