Job Description
Aspayaa Property Solution invites applications for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive property transactions in Ibadan. The role includes converting leads into sales, supervising and motivating agents, conducting client meetings and property inspections, negotiating deals, monitoring sales performance, and preparing weekly reports while maintaining strong client relationships.
- 3–5 years in real estate sales with proven closing and CRM experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Target-driven; National Diploma required
- Full-time, permanent; must reliably commute or relocate to Ibadan
