Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and driving sales growth to meet and exceed targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for the footwear industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to maximize their potential and performance.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, and distributors.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of the footwear industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦200,00.00 per month
