Role Justification

The Sales Manager -Tickets is responsible for developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information. They will supervise, track, and evaluate day-to-day activities of the financial management team.

Sales Manager (E-Ticketing) Duties

• Develop a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to generate leads.
• Set individual sales targets, track sales goals, and oversee the sales team’s performance.
• Provide ongoing training to the sales team on product knowledge.
• Promote the organization, understand ideal customers, and make periodic sales reports.

Qualification and Experience

• 5+ years’ Sales experience, 3+ years in a managerial position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Proven working experience as Sales Manager with advanced MS Office skills.
• High attention to detail, analytical skills, leadership, and time management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦300,00.00 – ₦500,00.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate: Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
