Description:
Training and Recruiting New Advisors.
Providing excellent financial guidance and advice to Advisors.
Requirements:
- You must have at least 5 team members before applying.
- You must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- You must have the ability to convince someone else to buy necessary and beneficial insurance products.
- You must have a NAICOM LICENSE.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a structured plan to achieve set targets.
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with your team members.
- Writing reports and providing management with weekly feedback.
Qualifications:
Possess a Higher Institution Degree in any discipline (OND, HND, B.Sc).
