Job Description
El Roi Academy seeks a proactive, full-time Sales & Growth Manager to remotely attract and convert students. Compensation includes a base salary of ₦40,00–₦60,00/month, 10–15% commission per enrollment, and performance bonuses; successful candidates can earn over ₦120,00/month when targets are met.
- Key responsibilities: respond to social media inquiries, follow up leads, convert prospects, maintain a simple lead tracker, and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with parents and students, and recommend outreach strategies to expand enrollment.
- Requirements: proven experience selling online courses or digital products, strong communication and persuasion skills, results-oriented, reliable, responsive, professional, and able to work independently.
