Job Description

We are seeking a courteous Sales Associate to greet customers, take accurate orders, answer menu inquiries, and resolve complaints professionally. Responsibilities include recording and relaying orders via POS or manually, ensuring correct preparation for dine-in and takeaway, processing cash and card payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining a tidy cash counter. The role assists with serving and packing, enforces portion control and presentation, upholds hygiene standards, arranges tables and replenishes supplies, monitors stock levels, and supports basic inventory checks. The associate will promote specials and add-ons, coordinate with kitchen and management, assist colleagues during peak periods, and adhere to all store procedures. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: ₦65,00.00/month.
