Merit Abode is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to design and implement real estate marketing strategies that generate qualified leads and increase sales. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team to launch campaigns, identifying market trends and opportunities, managing marketing, advertising, and promotional events, supervising the media team to produce compelling content, overseeing marketing collateral (website banners, flyers, brochures), and measuring campaign performance against actual sales.

• Requirements: bachelor’s degree, 4–5 years of marketing experience; real estate industry knowledge is an advantage.
• Employment: Full-time. Compensation: ₦70,00–₦150,00 per month.
