TextNG Communications is a communication solutions provider located in Lagos with flexibility for some remote work. Our main goal is to help businesses communicate more effectively with their customers through various messaging technologies such as SMS, OTP, 2-way messaging, carrier billing, push notifications integration, and SMS marketing campaigns. We provide detailed reporting for each campaign or transactional SMS sent through our platform and allow businesses to target their campaigns based on various metrics such as residence, gender, age range, place of origin, economic level, occupation, and civic participation. We aim to achieve 100% delivery of messages to end-users through our platform.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive at TextNG Communications located in Lagos, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients and delivering outstanding customer service. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, marketing, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
