Job Description
Reposebay Human Resource Limited is currently seeking a Sales Executive for our client in the Real Estate industry. The position is located in Lagos and is offered on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property.
- Determine clients’ needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Negotiate terms and consult clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.
- Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and home inspectors.
- Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
- Promote sales through various channels and platforms.
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
- Perform property value estimation and display properties to potential buyers.
- Prepare necessary paperwork and manage property auctions or exchanges.
- Maintain and update listings of available properties.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson.
- Track record of successful sales.
- Ability to work independently and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Pleasant and trustworthy demeanor.
- Familiarity with MS Office.
Salary: NGN 120,00 per month.
