LANDGATE INVESTMENTS LIMITED is seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to achieve annual sales goals in collaboration with the Sales Head. This role involves developing strategies to identify new prospects and convert them into valued customers.

Job Description:

• Coordinate property deal closures, ensuring necessary documentation and payments are completed.
• Facilitate property viewings for potential buyers.
• Inspect properties to confirm compliance with sales terms prior to close.
• Act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers.
• Provide management with periodic sales reports using CRM systems.
• Conduct market surveys to assess property prices.
• Maintain client relationships for future business opportunities.
• Implement strategies aimed at achieving sales targets.

Qualifications: B.Sc. in Estate Management with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
