Job Description

At TreNova School Support Centre, we know that the key to growth is in a high-performing sales team. That’s why we’re seeking qualified Sales Development Representatives who will be responsible for finding potential customers who can benefit from our products and services. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of the sales process, be sales-savvy, possess the ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, sell to current and potential customers, and actively seek out and engage prospects. You will provide appropriate solutions to every prospect in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with prospects virtually or during sales visits to demonstrate and present products
  • Selling to clients and prospects during sales visits or through telephone calls
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Establishing a new business and bringing in new customers
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Attending association meetings, conferences, and summits
  • Reviewing sales performance and negotiating contracts and packages
  • Working towards monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of HND/BA/BSc
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience
  • Strong negotiating skills

Remuneration: Commission only

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: From ₦180,00.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week

Experience:

  • Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
