Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Department Manager in the Records Management industry. As the Sales Department Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities of our company, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing sales strategies and setting sales targets that align with company goals
  • Managing a team of sales representatives and providing guidance and support
  • Monitoring sales performance and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective sales processes and customer satisfaction

The ideal candidate should possess:
