We are seeking a confident, resilient Sales & Customer Support Executive to join our luxury fashion retail team in Abuja. This full-time role offers ₦200,00–₦300,00 monthly plus commission.

• Respond promptly across phone, email, chat and social media; provide product details and empathetic complaint resolution.
• Present, upsell and follow up leads to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records, monitor market trends, and work independently with strong organization and time-management.
• Requirements: proven sales experience, excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, CRM proficiency; Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing preferred.
