Job Title: Sales Capability Trainer

Department: OmniPay Lending

Reporting To: Business Head

Location: Lagos State, Nigeria

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

The Sales Capability Trainer is responsible for enhancing the product knowledge, sales skills, and overall performance of field sales & telesales representatives. This role involves designing and delivering training programs, conducting follow-up assessments, identifying knowledge gaps, and providing continuous coaching to ensure sales teams are well-equipped to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct engaging and effective training sessions

2. Knowledge Gap Assessment & Follow-Up

3. Performance Appraisal & Feedback

4. Training Material Development

5. Field Support & Shadowing

6. Reporting & Improvement

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in sales training, sales coaching, or a similar role.

3. Prior experience as a field sales representative is a plus.

Skills:

1. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.

2. Strong analytical skills to assess training impact.

3. Ability to simplify complex product information for easy understanding.

4. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and e-learning tools.
