Job Description
- We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Business Development Officer to expand our client base and drive sales in our recruitment services. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in high-value recruitment solutions, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by securing recruitment projects and generating new client leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior executives.
- Conduct client searches and collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Prepare and present engagement letters and proposals.
- Meet revenue and invoicing targets while maintaining client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in full-cycle sales with a focus on recruitment services.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Economics, or related field.
- Strong initiative and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in a recruitment agency is a plus.
