TAEILLO is seeking a full-time Sales Associate to generate new business, cultivate client relationships, and consistently exceed sales targets in furniture manufacturing.

• Responsibilities: achieve quota, respond to customer inquiries, provide product guidance, maintain in-depth product knowledge, coordinate production and logistics, perform post-sale follow-up, and maintain CRM and weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Requirements: 3–5 years of quota-carrying retail sales experience, strong CRM proficiency, a documented track record of over-achievement, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
