Job Description

SRS Collection seeks a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to promote hotel services and drive revenue. Responsibilities include identifying new business, promoting rooms, restaurant, spa, and event services, responding to inquiries by phone, email, and walk-ins, maintaining accurate bookings and records, preparing proposals and sales materials, and coordinating with Front Office, Reservations, F&B, and Housekeeping to ensure exceptional guest service.

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field
• 2–3 years sales experience (hospitality preferred)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM; proactive and results-driven
