Job Description

We are seeking a full-time, field-based Sales Associate to drive vendor and customer acquisition, represent Send24 locally, onboard SMEs, explain subscription and delivery solutions, and support vendors through their initial successful deliveries. The role requires daily/weekly onboarding reporting and participation in marketing and community campaigns.

• Compensation: competitive base, commissions, allowance, and performance bonuses; advancement to Field Captain or Growth Coordinator for top performers.
• Requirements: proven field sales, marketing, or community engagement experience (logistics/e‑commerce preferred), strong communication, smartphone and social media proficiency, energetic and self-motivated, resident in a focus state.
• Work location: remote/field.
