Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Sales Associate who will scout properties and available listings, market said properties, take potential leads and clients on inspections, close deals, and serve as an intermediary between property owners and clients. Additionally, the Sales Associate will appraise properties to determine value and rent, lease, or sell properties on behalf of property owners to buyers/ clients.
- Minimum Qualification: Degree
- Experience Level: Entry level

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Sales of properties (flats, duplexes, and lands in prime areas)
- Sales presentations and seminars
- Promotion of property on social media and other property sales platforms
- Property listing and inspection
- Organizing open houses, virtual tours, property videos, and photography
- Management of clients, affiliates, and vendor relationships
- Content creation relating to real estate and property management
- Any other job that may be assigned
Skills and must-haves:
- The candidate should possess a B.sc degree
- The candidate should have at least 2 years of working experience in a similar role
- Ability to drive
- Fluent in language
- Tech savvy
